Tour Stone Barns: a four-season farm just north of New York City

While dense urban living is better for the environment, experiencing wide open green spaces is a much needed respite from the city. Luckily you don’t have to go far from the heart of New York City—just a 45 minute drive—to experience Stone Barns, a four-season farm and educational center.

Stone Barns is transforming the way America eats and farms by creating a healthy, sustainable food system. Advocating farm-driven cuisine—food that is seasonal and regenerative—and serving it at their Michelin-star restaurant, Blue Hill.

I recently attended their Harvest Festival Annual Fundraiser and it was so beautiful I decided to give you a photo tour. Click images to expand.
