The island that no one owns

In the Paranã River Argentina Boat there with our dear friends Pame and Max. Locals boat across the river to an island that no one owns. There is no running water or electricity. A few guys have set up a little business selling mojitos out of a shack they built. The mojitos are $2 and they are in those big plastic containers you get when you order wonton soup to go. Everyday these guys stock up on fresh water, ice, tequila, lime, mint, and simple syrup.

I didn’t see any bathrooms, everyone just swims offshore a bit and pees in the river. Sunning themselves.

A little fishy nibble on my pinky toe and I was afraid it was an actual parana.
