Favorite things: Allen Stone, karaoke, coffee, and my tiny apartment
If you know me, you know I LOVE karaoke. And since you’re reading this, you know I also love tiny apartments. Add my favorite singer, Allen Stone, and a cup of coffee and you’ve got a Rae living her best life.
Sunday vibes
One of my favorite artists, Allen Stone, released a karaoke contest. The winner will get to sing with him on his karaoke tour to promote his upcoming album, Building Balance. A karaoke tour is weird, I know, but Allen Stone is weird and that’s what we all love about him.
After a couple days of being a chicken shit I decided I had to make a video to submit. Thanks a million to my sister Olyvia for filming and just generally being here for it whenever I text her strange requests such as this. You can see the other submissions here. Wish me luck!

Update: I didn’t win the contest but still got to sing with Allen Stone on stage!
OH MAN. Last night I went to Allen Stone 's Karaoke Extravaganza and put my name in to sing with Al and his BFF on stage. Ended up going up second. Almost died. Managed to keep my eyes open the whole time and only forgot a couple of words. If you haven't checked out Allen's music, he's one of the most talented, kind, and funny humans out there.
